Bay Point Community Association (BPCA) is a not-for-profit organization which represents all property owners at Bay Point. BPCA is overseen by a volunteer Board of Directors which meet monthly, usually on the second Tuesday of each month. Various committees also support & report to the Board.
BPCA is managed day-to-day by a General Manager. The General Manager & staff are responsible for the daily operations of Bay Point security, maintenance of roads & common areas, post office, etc.
All Bay Point property owners automatically become members of BPCA. Annual dues of $1325.00 provides 24 hour security, fire protection, road maintenance, landscaping of common grounds, post office operation, etc. BPCA can be reached at 850-234-2727.
